Our approach makes strength training accessible to everyone, including those who've felt intimidated or unwelcome in gym environments in the past. We celebrate all your body can do and build real-world capabilities that help you lead a more fulfilling life.
We don't do weight loss challenges. We don't glamorize overtraining or risky exercises. We don't expect you to be perfect. We do keep our class sizes extraordinarily small. We do train with progressive overload. We do track your results every workout and provide personalized recommendations every time you train.
This philosophy has attracted a supportive community of kind, empathetic people who work hard and care about one another. It was our community who inspired our motto - ’Strength & Love’.
